Case Report SwissMedCall.AI App Health Improvements Post-Menauposal

Background
Weight gain, metabolic changes, and cardiovascular risk factors are common concerns in postmenopausal women.
Digital health applications with integrated biometric monitoring and teleconsultation capabilities may provide additional tools for lifestyle modification and risk reduction.

Case Presentation
A 58-year-old woman, 5 years postmenopausal, presented via telemedicine with a 2-week history of headache, fatigue, and gradual weight gain.
On initial assessment, her height was 169 cm, weight 84 kg, corresponding to a body mass index (BMI) of 29.4.
Physiological parameters obtained using the SwissMedCall.XLCarez application’s integrated facial scanning technology were as follows:

* BMI : 29,4
* Heart rate: 78/min
* Blood Pressure: 161/98 mmHg
* Stress Index( Baevsky):319
* Oxygen saturation: 97%
* Hemoglobin: 12,8g/l
* Hemoglobin A1C : 5,6%
* Wellness score 5/10
•Sleep and fatigue scores were mildly decreased.

Intervention
A video consultation was performed using the VisioDoctor Telemedicine platform with the SwissMedCall clinical team.
The patient was advised to follow the structured protocol “Weight Reduction in Menopause”, emphasizing caloric restriction supported by the application’s integrated daily calorie intake calculator.
Close monitoring was ensured through self-assessment of physiological parameters every 48 hours.

Outcome
After 15 days, the patient achieved a reduction in body weight to 75 kg, corresponding to a BMI of 26.3.
Blood pressure values improved to 138/77 mmHg without the initiation of antihypertensive medication.
The patient reported subjective improvement in fatigue and overall well-being, corroborated by an improved biometric profile.

Conclusion
This case illustrates the potential of integrated digital health tools to support lifestyle modification, weight reduction, and cardiovascular risk improvement in postmenopausal women.
The combination of remote biometric monitoring, structured therapeutic protocols, and telemedical follow-up contributed to significant clinical benefits within a short timeframe, without pharmacological intervention.
